As Jesus stepped ashore He saw a large crowd , and He took pity on them because they were like sheep without a shepherd and set Himself to teach them at some length
Mark 6:34

It grieves the heart of the Father that any one of His beloved children is as untended sheep when every part of the sheepfold was designed before time was to be for the building up of in hope and in joy , each one and every group. And leaders He has called and appointed in every age to relate in depth with Him so that they might fulfil their own selfhood in being and show forth His love to those He has loved into existence. Many have faithfully fulfilled their high calling but many have not : today many men and women are as sheep without a shepherd as in the days of My Incarnate life, and today I set Myself to teach them and lead them to the Father's presence. Let those who in each fold have knowledge and understanding of the reality of the Father's love be sensitive to Hs yearning care for all His beloved children and ready at all times to be used in His service for their well-being.

And I will lead and teach and, through Our saving love, retrieve and build up each and every one who earnestly desires to seek and follow in the truth. Listen, look in depth and faithfully follow that which challenges you in the heart of your being, children of the Father, and I will lead you to the fulness of the Father's Presence.
