The Father has called the children of His world into close supportive fellowship with each other. And he has given His well-beloved Son to lead His beloved children to fellowship with Him through the free offering of His Son in love. The love of the Son binds Him in time and eternity to the Father and to the Father's children, who are His well-beloved also.

But all are free to accept or refuse their identity and birthright and glorious fulfilment in joy. The Bridegroom honours each guest by sharing the joy and enables his well-being in the house of His Father.

And as the Bridegroom loves His Father, so does the Bridegroom's friend listen for the Bridegroom's voice. He it is who seeks to know and love and serve the Father of the Bridegroom, His Son, and in and through both, the guests whom He is given to lead in joyful service. Let the Bridegroom's friend in every generation understand and honour the challenge of his vocation and glorious charge.
