John said, "Look, there is the Lamb of God that takes away the sin of the world…..I saw the Spirit coming down on Him from Heaven like a dove and resting on Him…….He is going to baptise with the Holy Spirit ……He is the Chosen One of God
John 1:29-34

Of the Substance of the Father, the Son is one with the Father in love and power and glory, was from the beginning of time and will be for evermore, Yet in time He laid aside His power and His glory for love's sake and for the salvation of the children of men, who are also the children of the Father.

And the Holy and Blessed Spirit, the dynamic love and power of holiness who was and is and shall be for evermore, awaited the time and circumstance to be reunited with the Father's Beloved Incarnate One on earth. Thus did the Father will and purpose that the sons of men might see the perfect example of human sonship identified with humanity in all but sin, receiving the endowment of Our Holy and Blessed Spirit for the completion of his perfect manhood and to enable Him to do all that was required of Him to do.

In like manner is each an every child of the Father called, offered redemption through the Son's perfect offering, and endowed with Our Holy and Blessed Spirit as He is sought and prepared for.
