St. Dominic
Jesus said, "Once the hand is laid to the plough,
no-one who looks back is fit for the Kingdom of God."
Luke 9:62

All are free to respond to the Father's love: each of the Father's beloved children is led according to the nature of his being and the challenge of his life and calling. And as each responds, so is he gently brought along the way with loving tenderness. All that is needed is provided through people, provision, and My Very Presence. Healing is given as hurt is sustained, and that which is withheld by human default is compensated by Our life and Our love according to the need. Every one of the Father's beloved children is held in the hollow of His hand and is as the apple of His eye.

And to each is given that particular and peculiar challenge to self-giving and service which is necessary for the soul's growth and maturity as well as for the progress of the Father's Kingdom on earth. As each learns the shape and pattern of the yoke which he is offered in loving expectation, and accepts the joyful burden of its discipline and responsibility, so is he harnessed to that which will refresh, sustain, prosper and progress on the Way.

Come to Me all you who are heavy-laden and learn of Me. Take My yoke upon you and I will give you rest, for I am meek and lowly of heart. My yoke is easy and My burden light. And you will find rest and strength for the Way.
