Jesus said, " Keep watch, therefore, because you do not know on what day your Lord will come …. So you must be ready, because the Son of Man will come at an hour when you do not expect Him."
Matthew 24:42

There is no safety except in constant reliance upon the strength and power of Our love in action, and continual watching for the Father's loving initiative and protection. Every moment needs its appropriate orientation, sometimes in quiet waiting upon His will and good purpose, often seeking the safety of His guiding hand, always resting in the quiet confidence of His loving care. Nothing can destroy the peace of those who joyfully dwell in the hollow of His hand however, contrary and demanding the circumstances of their earthly life.

And the loving Heavenly Father looks to each and every one of His beloved children to engage in that particular corner of His Kingdom on earth to which he has assigned them. As the Son of Man, who is also the Beloved Son of the Heavenly Father, works to progress each child of the Kingdom into perfection of redeemed, sanctified manhood, so does He perfect, according to the measure of loving co-operation, the Father's cosmic purpose. So is the faithfulness of each of prime importance for the one and the many. And each must seek to acquire the poise of humble, constant, prepared expectancy. Pray for this in yourself and for all who wait upon the Father's will.
