Jesus said to them, "Why do you sleep ? Rise and pray lest you enter into temptation".
Luke 22:46

There is a sleep which is for rest and re-creation. All creatures need this restoring gift to survive and grow and develop. And My children should respect it and study how to gain its restorative value. Those who call Me Lord should know that I minister to them in sleep, unravelling their sometimes tortured minds , giving solace ad comfort to the grieving and putting many on the way to finding and fulfilling the Father's will according to the measure of their commitment to Him, to love and to the service of the Kingdom. But there is a sleep of death of the spirit which some embrace. They need to be alerted to the constant call of Our Holy Spirit so that they may bestir themselves before their opportunities for soul growth and service in the Kingdom are over. Pray and seek to bestir and help these as you are enabled.

And there is the dilatoriness and lack of commitment of those who call themselves the faithful but do not exercise their spiritual faculties or alert themselves in times of special need. My poor, weary Disciples were tired out of the last night of My time of earth. But they never forgave themselves that they failed to pray with Me in My agony . My disciples of all times the world over are called to make up was lacking in their watchfulness and commitment and to be with Me as I agonise for their world.
