Ecclesiasticus 17:20-28, Mark 10:17-27

The will and loving purpose of the Father for every one of His beloved sons and daughters is to bring them to the fulness, joy and fulfilment of his Presence in purity of heart and mind and singleness of purpose. For this I, His beloved and loving Son, entered human life and – with and through Our Holy Spirit – work constantly and continually in the one and many and in the whole. calling for response to His word in the grace and power of His love.

As each one and all together respond in faith and trust and absolute self-giving so are the Father’s gifts for progress in the way bestowed and power to identify and joyfully receive the unique contribution one each one and all together are called to make to the Father’s loving purpose in His Kingdom of eternal life and light and love.

Pray, then, for purity of mind and heart and singleness of purpose in your life and living: I speak to every one of the Father’s beloved sons and daughters in every place and time and dispensation.
