Jesus said,
"There was a man who gave a great
banquet and invited a large number
of people ."Sir, said the servant,
"your orders have been carried
out and there is still room"
The master said, "go to the open
roads and the hedgerows and force
people to come in to make sure my
house is full because I tell you that
none of those who were invited shall
have a taste of my banquet"
Luke
14:16-24
The Kingdom of the Father is open
to all who desire to enter it, yet
there must be a response and progress
in response towards the Father's
loving approach. For He desires
to embrace and entertain in His
Kingdom of light all the children
whom He has loved into creation.
And in the Kingdom of light and
eternal joy He seeks for each and
every one the fruition of their
hopes, the fulfilment of all that
they have it in them to be, and
that perfect fellowship and love
one with another which if the destiny
of all who persevere in faith.
But the response to the Father's
approach must be freely made, progress
freely embarked on. Yet no child
of the Father has ever been alone
: from cradle to grave each and
every one is accompanied by My Presence
- near and far according to the
disposition of each - and the light
and power of Our Holy Spirit is
always at hand for those who orientate
themselves to respond to the Father's
loving invitation to become a lively
participant in the life of his Kingdom
on earth and in Heaven.
