Jesus went
into the Temple and began to cast
out those who were selling. "According
to Scripture", He said, "My
house will be a house of prayer. But
you have made it into a robbers' den"
Luke 19:45-46
Learn to enjoy together and alone
the approaches you make to your
Heavenly Father in prayer and praise
and thanksgiving. Let your Church
become a place where you put aside
the everyday cares and anxieties
and demands of everyday life to
share the beauty of holiness which
is always there just beyond the
limits of your finite mind. Work
to banish all that is contrary to
peace in your mind: let the peace
which passes all knowledge prepare
your heart and mid to worship and
entertain the Lord of Life.
And when you emerge from the Father's
house recall that you are a dwelling
place of the Most High so long as
your heart is pure and your mind
and will committed to serve His
loving purpose. Let Our Holy Spirit
guide and My Presence fill you for
life in the continued commitment
to that which you are given to be
and do.
Recall, too, that the whole world
is the dwelling place of your Heavenly
Father, defaced though many have
made it by neglect, selfishness
and the wrong use of the earth's
richness. Listen and look for expressions
of the Father's joy and loving purpose
which abound in the world around
you. So identify that you yourself
become a part of His joy and loving
purpose, reflecting His Presence.
