Jesus said to the leper (whom He had cured) "Stand up and go your way,
Your faith has saved you"
Luke 1: 2

Faith is desiring to know the truth and committing your whole self to that knowledge. If I am at the root of the desire, shall I not also be in fulfilment of it? So desire brings knowledge, knowledge brings understanding and so the child of the Father who exercises faith and trust in Me is progressed along the way of salvation.

But there is constant need along the way of salvation to rely wholly on My strength, My life, and My light, taking sustenance from the ways and means provided by My word and My church. Have I not instituted a feast of renewal for continual refreshment and re-empowering? There daily I unite My beloved followers with the Father, rekindle the fire of their life in Me, bring them together in fellowship for action, and provide a focussing for their prayerful activity for the needs of the world.

Stand up then, and go your way healed of the sadness and failures of the past, yours and those for whom you care and pray. Know that the future is for perfection and fellowship in Me, in the power of My love and Our Holy Spirit. So will the Father's loving purpose be fulfilled in those whom you love and for whom you pray.
