Mary said, "Behold the handmaid of the Lord…………".
Luke 1:38

She who is known as "Mary" and who is beloved in all times and throughout all eternity as My beloved mother who bore, nourished and brought Me along, in the world I came to save, is an example for all the Father's children for all times.

Not unlike other young girls before she was offered and accepted the great destiny which was hers before the beginning of time , Mary worked in the home of her father and mother in loving obedience . The grace and power of obedience was conferred and received in and through love and loving relationship.

So was the scene ideally set for the greatest manifestation of the Father's will ever known on earth. How faithfully was the part acted through even to the suffering, bitter end. But no living person has ever or can ever know the joy and utter fulfilment and perfection of Mary, My beloved and glorious Mother. And her loving, caring, ministering work in and for the children I came to save continues even to the end of time.

"Behold the handmaid of Lord", behold the Lord's faithful servant: here is the perfect response to the love and the challenge to service which the Father's loving purpose presents. Without it there is no beginning, with it all things are possible.

So let your daily disposition be identified with the dynamic response of My beloved Mother, and be increasingly aware that as she ministered to my earthly needs as it was given her so does she continually offer herself in love for the children whom the Father gives her.
