Jesus called the Twelve together and gave them power and authority over all devils, and to cure diseases, and He sent them out to proclaim the Kingdom of God and to heal
Luke 9:1

The Father has given Me power over all things and all that is in Heaven and earth. He who is perfect love has put into My power all that militates against the nature and fulfilment of love and of perfection. My Incarnate life and death and resurrection are the evidence and power of Our saving, perfecting love. All who seek the Father's help in seeking that perfection for themselves or others - however feeble the signal of their desire and purpose - receive Our loving power and Presence according to the measure of their commitment.

This power I delegated to My disciples in My Incarnate life, and to all followers whom I commissioned to bring health and healing in Our Name, and proclaim the good news of the Kingdom. Their authority and power is My Indwelling Presence.

So today I commission and empower all whom the Father calls to bring Our healing, redeeming, sanctifying love to His beloved children. And I call all Our committed ones to be Our love to others.
