When Jesus saw the crowds He had compassion on them because they were harassed and helpless like sheep without a shepherd. Then He said to His Disciples, "The harvest is plentiful but the workers are few. Ask the Lord of the harvest to send out workers into His harvest field."
Matthew 9:36-38

Pray constantly that the Father's Kingdom come, His will be done on earth as it is in Heaven. It is His will and good purpose that His beloved children should receive the good news of His Presence, His power, His love and His purpose for them ; with teaching regarding His hopes and expectations for His life in them with all that may accomplish for each one and for His Kingdom.

Earnest and generous self-giving by the one and the many is all that is necessary in the first instance to establish and extend the Father's Kingdom on earth, with faithful attention to His word. As each gives himself in self-giving and loving service so will he be endowed with the sight and the power to fulfil and accomplish all that is required and needed, in the process of time. Faithfulness and obedience to that which is shown enable the fulfilment of the Father's loving purpose which is the building up of the one and the many in His Kingdom of light and love, and in due time the harvesting of His field for everlasting joy and fulfilment in Him.
