Jesus said to His Disciples, "The harvest is rich but the labourers are few, so ask the Lord of the harvest to send labourers to His harvest"
Matthew 9

The Father has the whole world in His hands and orders it according to His loving purpose. To mankind He has given freedom to think and to act freely, at the same time presenting His will and loving purpose for each in the context of the whole.

And for the well-being of the whole He has called out leaders and teachers, shepherds for His beloved sheep, that all might become one in Him. Down the ages many have responded and through the light of our Holy Spirit and My Indwelling led and still lead Our beloved children in the way of peace and love, of trust and of mutual service.

Today the need is great for true and faithful leaders in community . Let my church in her corporate solidarity and my children in their private prayers address themselves to this dire need daily. The leaders are there to be challenged and trained for leadership and service. Our Holy Spirit will approach and call them, then lead and train them : the prayerful support of Our faithful ones is vital to provide support and solidarity.
