Practise the habit of seeking relaxation and rest as soon as the onus of special activity is lifted. False palliatives do not bring lasting relief. Inner peace must be sought and planned for as external demands are satisfied. Only so will true rest and peace of body mind and spirit be found. Practise this daily, regard the embracing of rest and relaxation as important as your preparation for work. It is of vital importance for your health's sake and for your understanding and accoutrement for all that has to be done.

In rest and quietness The Spirit ministers - not the rest of exhaustion when the human spirit is asleep as well as the mind and body. While the physical aspects of a child of the Father rest We minister to the soul, calming, cleansing, informing, inspiring. Nothing is known of this process on waking - only the result - a restored, invigorated, spirit-filled body and soul.

Consider these things and practise the art of deep relaxation and rest. Plan your leisure and rest and be as committed to it as to your work. So will you find renewed health and make progress in your approach to wholeness.

Remember, perfection is your horizon. …"be ye perfect as your Heavenly Father is perfect". This is your destiny in and through Our love, Our power, Our guidance. Receive and employ the means to attain it.
