Sunday, September 11th

Rejoice on this day which celebrates creation and resurrection. What wealth the human child possesses! First emergence into the earthly creation of natural beauty and the wonder of human relationships. Then, by his willing co-operation, emergence into that world which cannot be described, only lived and enjoyed in its developing fullness.

And the life of that world can be perceived, felt and enjoyed continually as it is met in the young and not so young and the old who are a part of it. - to some extent every living person the world over. The measure of reality of this life - the life of Our living, vibrant Holy Spirit, depends upon the willingness to know, to grow, to obey according to the knowledge received, to share.

Rejoice in all these things whatever your outward circumstances, children of men. For they are the contingencies and blessings of joy which the Father has bestowed on each and every one. And as joy increases in you find solidarity in rejoicing with all who similarly identify. So will you become fulfilled, dynamic people of the Father's Kingdom even here and now, in the circumstances of daily living.
