Thursday, September 22nd

Rest of the body, rest of the mind - both are necessary. And both can be found only in a deep reaching down into the inner recesses of the spirit. Any other recourse to mitigate the fatigued, tempest-tossed child of the Father is superficial at best, counter-productive at the worst.

Remember my words "….come unto me all ye that are weary and heavy laden and I will give you rest." Only by so doing can you stay yoked to Me and not yoked to the burden as well as bearing it.

"In returning and rest you will be saved: in quietness and confidence shall be your strength". Look to circumstances of quiet even more of the mind than of the body. Let it ride, and trust that it will be given you what you should do in any avenue of the enterprises which you have been given to embark upon.

Quietly pursue leisure activities for a space; allow the leading of our Holy Spirit to guide you into profitable avenues of activity and of rest. Seek and embark upon nothing new for a space. So will the body be restored to pain free and healthful activity, mind be rested and spirit imbued with that which will shape and accoutre it for that which lies ahead.

Bathe in the warmth of the Father's loving protection, and know that all things work together for good to those who are faithful.
