Isaiah 49:1-6. John 13:21-33, 36-38

A patient and obedient following in My steps is what I ask from all who call Me Lord. I trod the wine-press of great pain and suffering in My incarnate days, not least because of the faithlessness and betrayal of My friends and the hostility and opposition of My kinsmen in Jerusalem.

Be with Me in these days of trial and of offering: unite your total self with My work of redemption. I call all the faithfully committed in Our love to be My messenger of peace, Our agents for revealing My redeeming and transforming love to others. Such is the Father's will and loving purpose.

In the quietness of heart and mind My word is to be heard and known: Our Holy Spirit lights the way and leads the faithfully committed in Our saving , sanctifying love along the way the Father calls .Be strengthened, encouraged, and inspired by the tremendous power and challenge of redemptive love and pray to be identified with it in joy and self-giving.
