The way is sure and safe for the committed and the true of heart. It is not free of pain and sadness: these are inevitable in a world of challenge and of choice. But I have gone the way before you and I am with you in each contrary vicissitude as you invite and seek My Presence. I am your peace, your power to overcome all that assails you in the way. I am the reward to every steadfast heart, the Father's gift to every child of man who seeks to walk in love and faithfulness. I am the power to walk in truth and love, that very love itself. As I have suffered in the world the Father made for joy, so have I triumphed. And in that victory I both glorify His Holy Name and offer Him the souls of all who claim the victory for their soul's salvation.
