St. Teresa of Avila
Jesus said, "If you remain in Me and My words remain in you , you may ask what you will and you shall get it. It is to the glory of the Father that you should bear much fruit."
John 15:7-8

If you remain in Me and my words remain in you, you cannot ask anything which is contrary to the will of the Father, for our Holy Spirit will guide you. But first the heart and mind must be freed from all that is contrary to the progressive law of love which is the will of the Father. Seek above all things that singleness of purpose which will make all things plain and bring about all that the Father wills.

And I shall become the light which illumines all things, the power which enables and the perfects . For as I glorified the Father in My earthly life by obedience to His loving purpose so do I glorify Him in progressing the life and work and soul of all who give themselves to his will and purpose.

Make your home in Me as I make Mine in you. As a branch cannot bear fruit of itself but must remain part of the vine, neither can you unless you remain in Me. Without me you can do nothing.

But all who remain in me, alert to the Father's will, illuminated by Our Holy Spirit, accomplish all that is required of them, glorify the Father and become complete and fulfilled members of the Kingdom of light.
