St. Bridget
Jesus said to His Disciples, "I am the true vine … make you home in Me …. Cut off from Me you can do nothing ….. It is to the glory of My Father that you should bear much fruit."
John 15:1-5

Let all the Father's children the world over desire and seek His will and loving purpose. He has designed the world for joy, each child of man to find his centre through self-giving to the Father's love, and through that love to be a channel to His global family.

I am the Father's Love Incarnate. I came to earth to be His Saving Love to all men. My life in all the faithful is their light and joy, their progress in fulfilment and perfection. And their fulfilment and perfection is to be and do the Father's will and loving purpose.

It is not only wilful sin which separates the child of man from his true centre. All who pursue a way of life apart from the Father's purpose cannot receive the power and blessing which He yearns to give. Sometimes His faithful ones, initially responding to His loving purpose allow themselves to be deflected from His will and make no progress until they find the way again.

Our Holy Spirit is the light and guide of all who seek the Father's will and I the power of His loving purpose. That power is love and I, the Father's Love Incarnate. I am the vine. Whoever remains in Me, with Me in Him, bears fruit in plenty.
