Jesus began to reproach the towns in which most of His miracles had been worked, because they refused to repent
Matthew 11:20

Every person and each community is judged according to the light and leading offered. And the judgement is experienced within and observed from without as it becomes the fabric of being of individual or group. How vital, then, for the health and wholeness, the growth and maturity of all, that the mind is kept alert, the heart engaged to do and be the Father's will as it is seen and understood.

And when mistakes are made through carelessness, sloth or wilful sin, let there be acknowledgement of failure and perversity, with prayer for rescue from that state. Then will Our Holy Spirit be enabled to light the way and I to bring the love and power of My Indwelling. So will there be a turning in he way, progress and growth in that which the Heavenly Father purposes.

The soul and group and nation that walk in trust and faithfulness to Our light and leading become Our love and light and power to others. This is their glory and fulfilment. This is the Father's will and loving purpose for all humanity.
