Jesus said to His Disciples, "Where you treasure is, there will your heart be also."
Matthew 6:21

The heart of many in the world today is restless and unsatisfied because it does not know the centre of its fulfilment. And until point and purpose is desired and looked for in the lives of the Father's beloved children there will be neither joy nor faithfulness.

The Father has made each human child for Himself, the centre of fulfilment and joyful perfection: there is no happiness apart from Him, and even sorrow and pain are meaningful and not without point and purpose and reward in the context and knowledge of His all-embracing love.

How vital, then, for all who desire fullness in life and living, and perfection in the end, to establish priorities in the garnering and expending of time and substance. First, the Father's will must be desired in things great and small, His Name honoured and glorified. And with the earnest desire must come the prayer for the enabling and provision for the execution of all that is required, and the endowment of mind and heart with the grace and power, obedience and love.

And as all is received, so will the heart be joyfully engaged in thankfulness and in constant recourse to the Father's Presence. "Where you treasure is there will your heart be also."
