Matthew 7: 12-14

Love is not only the criterion which must prompt and judge every thought and action in the truly and fully committed. It is also the means by which all is attempted and accomplished. Action without loving commitment is of little value to doer or recipient, just as the loveless life is but a shadow of the Father's loving intent for his beloved children.

He who drives love from the centre of his being through the pursuit of selfish or evil ends destroys his understanding of the meaning of life and living. And with the loss goes the means of changing self or situation and hatred of that which lies now beyond his reach. Yet Love waits at the threshold of his heart and mind, awaiting the first sign of a desire for change.

And Love sees and knows the first moment of a desire for change even before it is acted upon, leading, empowering, perfecting the journey to the Father's throne. Pain and challenge will accompany to the end, but the way is safe and sure for all who walk with Me in trust and humility and loving commitment.
