Jesus went
home and such a crowd collected that
they could not even have a meal. When
His relatives heard this they set
out to take charge of Him,
convinced that He was out of His mind
Mark
3:30-31
This is the way of so many of the
Father's beloved children who believe
that they are committed to His will
yet seek to impose their own on
the loving ministry of The Son.
So many misguidedly seek to direct
the blessings , the healing, the
teaching the direction of activity
in the way they think is best, they
decide, with all the limitations
of their human sight and thought
and understanding what they think
is best and ask the Father, in My
Name, to bless and further their
request. Such is not the way the
Father looks for His beloved children
to seek and follow Him and to present
the needs of the world to His loving
attention , nor can the Name of
the Son of Man be effectually commanded
to bring about anything contrary
to the Father's will and purpose.
The first step to be taken in intercessory
prayer is to commit all into the
loving hands of the Heavenly Father,
beginning with the person or group
who pray - every thing and every
one. Then the Father's will is sought
regarding the person or matter for
which help is sought. And finally
the whole situation, person or group,
is offered in love, through and
in My Saving Name and the power
of Our Holy Spirit. There is no
more effective way of perfecting.
The rest must be lift in faith and
trust.
