Jesus said to Peter, "Follow Me"
John 21:15-19

My words to Peter when I called him from his work of fishing were to call him to commitment. Faithfully he followed , learning and seeking to understand all that I taught him during those years of My ministry. And so with all My Apostles . Now, by the Sea of Galilee ,once again, after My Resurrection I call Peter to follow - this time in service to others.

The time had come and it comes to every one of My disciples who learn of Me and commit themselves to the service of their Heavenly Father in and through Me - the time comes when each must become a vessel of indwelling for the caring and ingathering of others in the way. Only in constant commitment and faithfulness can this be done, but the whole creation waits upon the perfection in each and every child of the Father of what he must become and do. But those of the Father's beloved children who have most fulfilled this challenge and responsibility to wholeness and holiness are most aware that the doing of this work of caring, feeding, tending, is by Me through them. It is I who minister through their loving obedience. So the following in faith and trust and love is all, and all is contained in it. So has it been from the beginning of time and so will it be until the glorious celebration of fulfilment.
