St. Francis of Assisi - 1182-1226
Galatians 6:14-18. Matthew 11:25-30

Ring out the old, bring in the new; you are transformed, refreshed, made clean and strong through Love’s indwelling: and you are one with all on earth and in heaven who have responded to Our love in faith and trust and self-giving.

Let this be the foundation of your being, the substance of things hoped for as you continue faithful in The Way, The Truth, the Life offered to all responding to the Father’s Word in the grace and power of His Love according to His will and loving purpose.

Understanding is given to the faithful and the true of heart as it is sought. Shoulder the yoke of the Son of Man, the Father’s Word and Love Incarnate, and learn from Me, for I am gentle and humble hearted and you will find relief; for My yoke is good to bear, My load is light.

‘Remember that when you leave this earth you can take with you nothing that you have received, only what you have given – a full heart enriched by honest service , love, sacrifice and courage’. (St. Francis of Assisi).
