Wednesday, July 19th
Jesus said to the leper, "Of course I want to (cure you). Be cured".
And the leprosy left him at once and he was cured

Jesus exclaimed, "I bless You, Father, Lord of Heaven and earth, for hiding these things from the learned and the clever and revealing them to mere children. No-one knows the Father except the Son and those to whom the Son chooses to reveal Him"
Matthew 11:25-27

Only the single-minded and the pure in heart can receive the pearls of knowledge and of understanding which the Father yearns to bestow, for only they are capable of doing so. The worldly wise and those consumed by their own importance are preoccupied with alien commitments, full of competing and often contrary challenges in their mind and heart. So is the vision clouded, the will emaciated by those things which bring no profit and reward to the soul.

The secret - the open secret - for attaining knowledge of the deep things of the spirit and maturity in the life of The Kingdom is in loving and in faithful commitment (often in sacrificial self-giving ) to that which is discovered in the way. The resources will never fail for those who are true of heart, the light will never cease to illuminate for the faithful.

And the reward is to rejoice with all who have this journeyed in the Father's Presence.
