St. Gregory the Great
2 Corinthians 4:1-2, 5-7. Luke 22:24-30

I, beloved Son of the Most High, His word incarnate and incarnate love, am the Light of the World according to His appointing. I am the power and the glory of Him who is and was and ever shall be: through My incarnate life, My death and risen life and with and through Our Holy Spirit the created world is brought into the perfection and fulfilment purposed by Him who created all things, in the fulness of eternity.

And eternity is now, revealed and entry given to all who seek truth and power to enter and progress in it, enlightened, led and guided by Our Holy Spirit in the grace and power of My indwelling.

Come, then, take My yoke upon you in faith and trust and absolute self-giving: life, light and power to follow and to serve are offered to follow, serve and give, as they are sought, for so the Most High has appointed.
