Jeremiah 18:1-2. Matthew 20:17-28

There is no suffering inflicted on the sons of men which is not borne by the Son of Man, no contrary experience of mind or heart not endured by Incarnate Love. The faithful and the true of heart know, as long as they continue obedient in Our love, that they are caught up in the Father’s loving purpose, borne up in Our redeeming, sanctifying love. For the Father’s Suffering Servant has walked the way of pain and sorrow and accompanies them even to the end.

Accept the challenge of service and self-giving continually offered: I speak to one, I speak to all. Receive the grace and power to respond. So will the joy of resurrection be yours and progress in the Father’s progress both now and through eternity.
