They all ate and were satisfied, and the Disciples picked up twelve basketfuls of broken pieces that were left over
Luke 9:17

The Father fills the body, mind and spirit with the good things of His glorious world as His will is sought, His word obeyed, His love received and shared with others. The body, mind and spirit need constant nourishment if they are to grow into that fullness and that wholeness the Father wills for each and every one of His beloved children.

All who deprive their fellowmen of those things the Father wills for all His sons and daughters, or selfishly grasp to themselves the good things of the earth with total disregard for others have no place in the Father's Kingdom.

The good things of the earth and all richness of the mind and spirit give intimations of the glory of eternity. And they are meant for all God's children: there is enough for all, and all is multiplied when it is shared in love and in self-giving.
