St. Teresa of the Child Jesus
Jesus said, "I tell you solemnly, unless you change and become like little children you will never enter the kingdom of Heaven"
Matthew 18:2

The eager, searching mind and loving, trusting heart invite Our Holy Spirit's light. And both enable and reflect the power and joy of My indwelling. The single-minded, unadulterated joy of happy children is of the fabric of the Father's Kingdom: it is the Father's will and loving purpose that every one of His beloved children should through Our saving, sanctifying love, enter its fulness and receive the transformation of its power.

A child accepts his ignorance and need for knowledge and for understanding and ceaselessly pursues the search. And he has confidence in that which satisfies his search for knowledge and enlightenment. So does he discover that the more he knows the more there is to know and if he perseveres he finds the way to satisfy his appetite for knowledge and for understanding as he desires it.

Humility and singleness of heart and mind bring each faithful, beloved child of the loving Heavenly Father into the haven of their soul's desire.
