St. Stephen
Stephen,
filled with the Holy Spirit, gazed
into Heaven and saw the glory of God
and Jesus standing t God's right hand
……. As they were stoning
him Stephen said in invocation, "Lord
Jesus, receive my spirit."
Acts
6, 7
From the centre of the soul of
My committed followers I empower
the mind and heart, and endow the
understanding with the insight of
Reality. My Presence, through the
power of Our Holy Spirit, fulfils
the Father's will and loving purpose
both in the personality of My committed
ones and in their actions. So Stephen
witnessed to Our saving, sanctifying
love in revealing love in action
and in offering his faithfulness
in martyrdom.
His faithfulness and that of many
in countless generations has been
the means of the extension of My
loving reign and of the Father's
Kingdom. The outreach may be traced
in history, but the impact of the
witness of the faithful on the hearts
and minds of those receiving it
is known to Us alone. And it will
be revealed when eternity succeeds
to time.
The souls of all the faithful are
always in the Father's hands. No
hurt can come to them. And death
is but the gate to life and to fulfilment
of the vision of the faithful in
the glorious, loving Presence f
the Father.
