Elizabeth said, "Blessed is she who believed that the promise
made her by the Lord should be fulfilled."
Luke 1:45

The Father in His infinite love has provided for the needs of all He has created. Man He has made a little lower than the angels, endowing him with honour and with power to co-operate in this, His continuous creation, but man has chosen to refuse the way of love as he treads out his way in life, and so the Father with and through His Son has made salvation possible for all who earnestly desire and seek it.

To Mary, chosen by the Father to be the honoured vessel of His Precious Gift to all humanity the Invitation came. And she accepted in humility and in loving trust, believing that the promise made to her would be fulfilled as she continued faithful.

And so it was. For she became the Mother of Incarnate Love and of the Eternal Word made manifest in human flesh. Of all events in the whole history of man this is the greatest. As each beloved child of the loving Heavenly Father relates to it his soul becomes the womb to which I come and minister to him and through his faithfulness, and through the power of My Indwelling, to the Father's world.
