Jesus took with Him Peter and James and John and let them up a high mountain where they could be alone by themselves. There in their presence He was transfigured, and there came a voice from the cloud, "This is My Son, the Beloved. Listen to Him."
Mark 9:8

Let every beloved child of the Father who seeks to love and serve Him and their fellow-men in and through Him seek His Presence increasingly. And as they desire it with purpose and commitment, so will they be rewarded in time. Time must be set aside with opportunity for quietness, for the Father speaks in the sound of gentle stillness. Frequently and regularly should time be made, and each is led into a pattern of listening in depth as he commits himself to the task of self-giving in love.

So will he become, in the process of time, that unique person who was designed before time was to glorify the Father and rejoice with Him in eternity. For this end he was created, and to become a means through which the Father reaches out to the uncommitted and unfulfilled.

And to this end have I come to earth: I lived and died, rose again and prosper in the lives of those who know and love Me and the Father in and through Me. So the Father calls each and every one of His beloved children to listen to My voice in whatever context they perceive Me, and respond to that which they hear in the heart of their being.
