Jesus said,
having called the people and His Disciples
to Him, "If anyone wants to be
a follower of Mine, let Him renounce
himself and take up his cross and
follow Me,,,,,,,,I tell you solemnly
there are some standing here who will
not taste of death before they see
the Kingdom of God come with power."
Mark
8:34-38
Let each embrace his cross as it
is offered him, for it is a symbol
of love bringing all who embrace
it and identify with it strength,
maturity and joy in the end. And
I am the strength, maturity and
joy, present in all that is experienced
and undertaken where it is in accordance
with the Father's loving will and
purpose, attendant where it is not.
We, the Father and I, and Our Holy
Spirit, are ever present with each
and every one of the children of
men unless driven away by expressed
commitment to evil. And then we
watch from the distance required
for the first sign of turning.
The first cross for each beloved
child of the Father to take up and
embrace is the cross of self-offering.
Without that there is no beginning
in growth and maturity. But the
Father's children who are progressing
in the way are offered each his
own particular contribution to the
cost of redemption, according to
his commitment and capacity. And
the contribution of each is precious
in Our sight. So does each shine
as a light in the Father's Kingdom
and the assurance of joy in eternity.
