Holy Saturday

In My life I showed how to love and serve the Heavenly Father. By My death I secured for the Father's beloved children the means of approaching Him in faith and in love , and of becoming that which He designed.

As My body rested in the tomb awaiting My resurrection I completed the work the Father had given Me to do by entering - in My glorified manhood and Incarnate Godhead - the abode of those who awaited My redemption . And there I continually minister.

But the time between My death on earth and My return in My risen , glorified body was necessary for My beloved Apostles and followers and My beloved followers down the ages of history. Each experiences the suffering, weariness, shock and sadness as though it were for the first time if they are truly My disciples. And there is need of rest and a letting go so that they may be seized by joy on Easter morning as though it were for the first time.

Let mind and body rest today in quiet confidence and expectant joy. Let nothing prevent your reception of the fullness of My risen life as you journey towards perfection.
