The Spirit of the Lord God is upon me...because He has sent Me to bind up the broken-hearted...
Isaiah 61:1

The Lord of the Father all is upon all things. And his Spirit directs according to his loving dynamic purpose.
With compassion He approaches those who suffer in the way and He is continually present with those who accept His approach. Those who reject He watches over, waiting for the invitation to console and strengthen.

And those who look and listen for the sound of gentle stillness, the peace beyond the storm, find strength and orientation. Despite their fragility and often because of it they find a new and surer way of meeting the contrary situations of life the anguish and heartbreak. And in finding they find the Source of all life, the point and purpose of the race, comfort and satisfaction which matures into joy.

And so they become the means by which others are cheered, comforted, strengthened and sent on their way rejoicing. The Spirit of the Lord so operates in love that there is no limit to its activity save sin and perversity. No situation nor circumstance need separate the child of the Father from his destiny, that is to rejoice in the Father's Presence both now and in Eternity. And I operate ceaselessly by virtue of My saving love to make this known and attainable and a reality to the Fathers' beloved children.
