Jesus said, "Do not let your hearts be troubled. Trust in God, trust also in Me."
John 14:1

Pain and suffering there needs must be in a world which is free to love or to hate or to be enslaved by selfishness. But the children of the Father who commit their hearts and minds and lives to their loving Heavenly, sail through life's demands and sadnesses as stable ships in a troubled sea. Battered they may be, sometimes suffering deprivation but they are nor troubled nor moved in the centre of their being. And that is because they are orientated to the lodestar of the Father's loving purpose, confident in the power of His willingness to guide their small craft , to protect from the perils of storm, and keep them within His loving care continually and ceaselessly,

The troubled heart is not the will of the Father; even those who find disquiet through past sins and failures may find their restoration through My saving love. When forgiveness is sought and bestowed Our Holy Spirit engages that child of the Father in work for the Father's Kingdom and guides, enlightens and empowers.

Quiet commitment in trust in the Father's loving purpose is all that is needful for successful living and the realisation that the inevitable jolts and storms of life can be the means of growth and of maturity , difficulties and sadnesses in the lives of others a challenge to love in depth and to become a means whereby We can minister in consolation and encouragement and solidarity..

Trust is the reward of faithfulness and love is the means and the reward of all things.
