The Spirit of the Lord God is upon me……I will greatly rejoice in the Lord, …..for He hath clothed me with the garments of salvation , he hath covered me with the robes of righteousness. The Lord God will cause righteousness and praise to spring forth before all nations
Isaiah 61:10-11

And those who are faithful to the vocation where with they were called shall become the resting place of the Most High even in the time of their earthly life. Pain and loss and even darkness shall not hurt them but shall strengthen their purpose and enfirm their commitment in love.

For each one will be clothed with the robe of righteousness: it is My gift which I died to bestow on those beloved of the Father through their faithfulness in Me. So will they greatly rejoice in and with me because of the hope and the promise of their triumph. And they will become the highway for those beloved of the Father who dally and stray from the glorious hope which the Father sets before every single one of the sons of men in all times and ages.

This is the cause of cosmic rejoicing , that the children of the earth will be gathered into the Father's glorious Kingdom where sorrow and sadness and suffering are banished for ever and where the souls of all who have chosen their birthright of citizenship rejoice in and through My saving love in the nearer presence of their Heavenly Father.
