The walking on the water
John 6:16-21

So they were willing to receive Him into the boat and immediately the ship was at the place whither they went. John 6:21.

"Christ is the guide of life whom we follow in the strength that He supplies into the way of peace." William Temple.

The way is planned and the means prepared. All that is necessary is to fashion the person to proceed and accept and to guide and love I to progress and perfection. Alertness and awareness of the Guiding Presence is half the battle, and willingness to accept the orientation and gentle pressures on the other. My children never work alone, though a distancing is sometimes for the child necessary for growth. Does not the earthly Father withdraw his embracing arms to encourage his child to independent walking? Yet he has not withdrawn his presence and loving care. Love and faith, and faithful love are the gifts which the Father bestows on those who persevere in His service. I am the means of perseverance and the reward.
