There is a hearing which does not inform and instruct. The fault does not lie in the truth before the person who fails to take the truth to himself but in the failure of the hearer. The word has been and is being spoken to countless millions the world over. The Father looks for loving response to that which he purposefully expresses, so that personality may blossom and others helped to know and understand the word, the sick and the lonely encouraged and healed. The Samaritans were brought to me by the woman at the well. They besought Me to stay with them for two days, and during that time there was the asking of questions, the searching, the quiet of joyful participation in joy and rejoicing in the embracing of knowledge, the praising and glorifying of the Father. Everyone who seeks knowledge and understanding must look long and quietly at the answers put before him to the questions which confront each and every human child. Time must be set aside, the mind disciplined to quiet consideration of that which invites their attention. And regular time must be made by those who are true of heart who seek the truth in depth, desiring to be instructed and trained in the way. And there I am to be found, ready and waiting to show all that is necessary ,as I am given leave. Our Holy Spirit gives light to the mind, strength to the will. Patience and loving perseverance attain to all things. The reward is fulfilment of person and work in the loving presence of the Father at the end of time.
