Jesus said to His Disciples, "I say this to you : love your enemies and pray for those who persecute you . You must be perfect just as your Heavenly Father is perfect."
Matthew 5:48

It is necessary only to want to love those who are not your friends and to whom you do not relate easily and happily . When you earnestly desire a good relationship and the well being of those who do not regard you in a friendly light , or whom you find difficult to like or love , you are offered that very quality which is lacking So must you accept and work upon that potential, first through prayer and then by such action as is put in your way. And let our loving, committed children understand that each and every one is called to a perfection of being which is the very purpose of their sojourn on earth. But let no one attempt to accomplish it in their own strength for there lies certain disillusion and failure. Every human being is a potential son or daughter of their Heavenly Father , loved into existence , offered My saving grace and life in the light and power of Our Holy Spirit. Theirs only to embrace Our of, follow Our guidance and relate to their Heavenly Father and their fellowmen in commitment and dedicated service as they are led. This is the way to perfection , however many or deep are the falls and failures along the way : orientation and faith and trust are the only conditions necessary, but they are vital. And there is joy and fulfilment along the way, and great rejoicing in the courts of Heaven when the faithful child of the Father is received.
