St. Francis of Assisi, (1182-1226)

Poverty in possessions and humility in mind and heart and daily living – these are the means of possession of the way of life the Father seeks to give you and all who look for the way, the truth and life abundant.

Self-giving love is the means, the end, perfection and fulfilment in the Presence of the Most High in the fulness of eternity, in time the power of progress in knowledge and obedience to the Father’s will and loving purpose for the one and many.

The Father’s Word and Love Incarnate is The Way, The Truth, The Life, for so the Father has appointed. ‘Come to Me all you who labour and are over-burdened and I will give you rest. Shoulder My yoke and learn from me for I am gentle and humble in heart and you find rest for your soul, for My yoke is easy and My burden light’.

‘We adore you and We bless you because by your Cross you have redeemed the world’. (St. Francis.)
