Song of Songs 2:8-! 4. Luke 1:39-46

Deep calls to deep: the Word of the Lord of all is spoken to all who seek the divine will and loving purpose in all things, and the one and many hearing it and responding to it are brought together in deep communion.

In faith and trust and absolute self-giving the Mother of Incarnate Love responded to the Word spoken, and through her faithfulness and obedience the Word of the Most High was received by her also to whom Our Holy Spirit came.

The Word of the Living Lord is powerful to fulfil all that is promised to all responding to the all-powerful, all-embracing love of Him who is and was and ever shall be.
