Haggai 1:1-8. Luke 9:7-9

The Father’s word spoken to the prophet roused the people from their apathy and spiritual blindness to rise to challenges of service to the Father and to their fellowmen and women.

Constantly the Father’s word is spoken to each one of His beloved sons and daughters both in the heart and mind and in circumstance and community. Let each and all together respond in faith and trust and self-giving.

Let one and all question in himself the motive for enquiry into the word offered and let all pray for single-minded following in the way and grace and power to follow as they are guided by Our Holy Spirit in faithfulness to the word spoken. So will they be brought to fulfilment and perfection in eternity through Love’s indwelling as they continue faithful.
