1 Corinthians 11:23-26. John 6:51-58

Since time began the Father has poured life into His creation and to the sons of men whom He created in His image He gave light and truth that they might grow and prosper in His world and respond to Him in love and in self-giving and to each other in constructive action and relationship.

In time that life and light and truth entered the human world. I, His Son beloved and loving, His Word Incarnate and Incarnate Love through My life and death and risen life brought the Father’s cosmic undertaking to its fulness.

In the sacrament of My Presence this is shown and given and shared and becomes the light and life and truth in the faithful who receive it. All such are growing in eternal life. Consider these things, beloved of Me and of the Father, and grow in the life and light and truth of them.
