Isaiah 26:1-8. Matthew 1:23, 24-27

Commit your mind and heart - your total self - to Him who has created and continues to create you as you continue faithful. He who is your rock and your defence is your salvation in all circumstances and situations. And He keeps you in perfect peace as your soul is humbly anchored in His Presence.

Seek the Father's will in all things that you may come to fulness and perfection in the Kingdom of His love. So will deep peace be yours whatever you encounter in the way. For I, the Father's Love Incarnate and his Incarnate Word, enter every soul so committed to strengthen and console. Our loving Holy Spirit lights and guides the way.

Be fortified by love that Love may make you a place of hope and joy to others.
