1 Samuel 1:24-28. Luke 1:46-56

Obedience and faithfulness, faith and trust and self-giving – these are given as they are sought from Him who loved all things and His beloved sons and daughters into being. It is the good pleasure of the Father to give you His Kingdom (Luke 12:32) and power within it to love and serve Him according to His will and loving purpose. And it is His will that He should be in you for ever and you in Him through the grace and power of Love’s indwelling and the light and guiding of Our Holy Spirit.

So glorify the Lord your God, praise Him in His holiness and the light of His Eternal Presence will shine upon you, witness to His power and His love and fulfil His loving purpose for you in the context of His love for all His beloved sons and daughters.

And may the love of the heavenly Father, of His beloved Son and Our loving Holy Spirit be with you and all you love and pray for now and for evermore.
