St. Francis of Assisi
Galatians 6:14-18. Matthew11:25-30

My yoke is not limiting or burdensome for it is the Father’ gift to all who are in Me and I in them. All who take My yoke upon them and learn from Me fulfil the Father’s will and loving purpose through My indwelling and the light and guiding of Our Holy Spirit and are progressed along the way as they continue faithful in Our love.

‘Come to me all you who labour and are overburdened and I will give you rest. Shoulder my yoke and learn from me for I am gentle and humble in heart and you will fine rest for your souls: yes, My yoke is easy and My burden light’. (Matthew 11:28)

‘We adore you and we bless you, Lord Jesus Christ, here in all the churches which are in the world, because by your holy cross you have redeemed the world’. (Saint Francis)
